It took about a week from when payment was made to when the order was delivered - which was quick and efficient. However, we received 2 of 6 incorrect colours, the bottles were damaged bottles and contents spilled. The quality of the nail gel is good (no chipping, long lasting, easy soak off) but the application brush was hard and didn’t have good coverage. Grace has been quite responsive, patient and clear in her communication with me and our team which has made the experience overall a positive one. We hope that our next order is filled correctly, arrives on time, in good condition and with better quality application brushes.
